Benefits of a Buyers Agent.

Time is by far the biggest saving achieved using a buyers agent. Theprocess of sifting and sorting through the huge numbers of
house/properties out there takes an enormous chunk out of your time. Weekends cease to exist when you do this on your own. If you went bythe description of the estate agent, all places would be perfect.

Bidding at auctions is quite an art when its the property you want tobuy. Its very different when you are watching as a third party, theadrenaline doesn't pump anywhere near as fast and decision making onwhen to stop is quite clear. By allowing the agent to bid on yourbehalf reduces the trauma of the experience. They usually know who thedummies are and when its time to get involved in the bidding process and when the real bidding starts.

Michael's many years of estate agent experience enabled us to discusseach house on the merits of its construction, investment value and overall potential. We found his opinion objective and a good person to bounce ideas off.

Michael is enormously patient and prepared to discuss and debate (ad nauseam if necessary) each and every house. He helped us make a decision, which can be a frightening thought when one realizes how much money you are committing to.
